Automate organoid development—from cell culturing to high-content imaging—for high-throughout compound screening assays

Three-dimensional (3D) cell models are being successfully used in drug discovery and disease modeling to study complex biological effects and tissue architecture. However, the complexity of 3D models remains a hurdle for their wider adoption.

In this poster, we describe an automated method to successfully test the effects of different compounds, evaluate toxicity, and develop disease modeling using 3D cell models.
